ERIC BAUMGARTNER

Eric is based in Atlanta where he is active as a composer, performer, arranger and musical director. He holds degrees from Boston’s Berklee College of Music (Bachelor’s) and Chicago’s DePaul University (Master’s).

Eric has dozens of works published by the Hal Leonard Corporation. These include the popular Jazz Piano Basics series and many collections of piano arrangements (Beatles, Adele, Hamilton, etc). Through Hal Leonard, Eric tours as a clinician for piano teachers.

He has presented throughout the U.S. and Canada as well as in England, Germany and Australia. Eric has extensive experience in musical theatre and works regularly with Atlanta’s Alliance Theatre. He is also Principal Pianist for the Atlanta Gay Men’s Chorus.
